How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350*F Grease and flour 8X8X2 baking pan
- In medium-large microwave safe bowl, micro butter on high for 40 seconds or just until melted. Add Quick bread mix, carrot, walnut and egg. Mix well. ( dough will be stiff) Spread into prepared pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until top spring back when you lightly touch it. Cool completely and spread frosting.
- ( Refrigerate remaining frosting for another use later)
