How to make it

  • Heat large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  • Add chickn.
  • Cover.
  • Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes on a side OR until cooked through.
  • Remove from skillet.
  • Keep chicken warm.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Add cream cheese, water, pesto and tomatoes to skillet.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through (about 2 minutes).
  • Return chicken to skillet.
  • Cook and stir for 1 minute OR until chicken is coated and heated through.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • **I would probably cover the pan at this point to melt the cheese although the recipe doesn't say to do that.
