This goes well on the roll cake recipe that I've posted or simply on toast...or a bagel. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
  • 5 C rhubarb
  • 5 C granulated sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (14 g)
  • 1 box (170 g, or two little ones) strawberry jello

Directions
  1. In a saucepan, add all ingredients but the jello
  2. Boil for 15 minutes
  3. Add jello to the saucepan
  4. Pour into a bowl, container
  5. Enjoy!
