How to make it

  • Brush each piece of chicken with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and 1/4 teaspoon oregano.
  • Cook chicken in lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium high heat 4 minutes on each side.
  • Set chicken aside then combine pizza sauce, basil, and remaining oregano in skillet,
  • Cook over medium high heat until thoroughly heated then remove from heat and add chicken.
  • Spread rolls on a baking sheet and spread sauce evenly on bottom half of each roll.
  • Top evenly with chicken, zucchini and cheeses then broil 3” from heat for 3 minutes.
  • Cover with tops of rolls and serve.
