Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a saute pan, add olive oil and rosemary and then turn to medium heat. You want to start the oil and rosemary off cold so the flavors will infuse together as it gets hot.
  • Put an even coat of salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
  • Once the rosemary is sizzling, it is time to add the steaks. Cook on the first side for 5-7 minutes and then flip. When you flip the steaks, you want a nice crust to have formed. This is the caramelization of the meat and will help lock in the steak’s juices. Watch the video to learn just when the steak is finished cooking!
