Chocolate covered hazelnut cookies

- 150 g flour shopping list
- 1 pinch of baking soda shopping list
- 150 g sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar shopping list
- 150 g butter shopping list
- 150 g grated hazelnut shopping list
- 5 tablespoon apricot jam shopping list
- 100 g chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour with baking soda, add sugar, vanilla sugar, hazelnut and butter and knead a dough.
- Put it in the fridge for about an hour, after roll out and with a help of a cookie cutter cut it in the form you want to.
- Bake for about 10 minutes on 180°C.
- Melt chocolate and cover half of the cookies with it.
- Smear jam on the other half and put the halves together.
