Parsnip Potato Celeriac Carrot And Sunchoke Cheesy Bake

- 3 yellow potatoes, cubed shopping list
- 3 sunchokes, sliced with skin on shopping list
- 3 carrots, sliced shopping list
- 3 parsnips, sliced shopping list
- 1 celeriac, peeled and cubed shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 3 tbls butter shopping list
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 can of evaporated milk or 3/4 c cream shopping list
- 1 tsp winter savory or sage shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients in baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for an hour or until tender (depending on how large your veggies are).
- Can save 1/4 c parmesan cheese on top for last 15 minutes of baking or add all at beginning.
