EIGHT CAN CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hartford Estate in Mesquite Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 2 small cans boned chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 can mushrooms drained
  • 1 can chow mein noodles
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 small can French fried onion rings

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a three quart casserole mix everything except onions then bake 20 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle onions over mix and bake fifteen minutes longer.
