Tropical 3 Layer Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • First Layer
  • Add water to gelatin, dissolve and cool in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • When gelatin is set add bananas, cherries, mini marshmallows and pineapple.
  • Chill until firm
  • Second Layer
  • Mix flour and sugar into boiling juice.
  • Stir until slightly thickened.
  • Add margarine and mix in egg.
  • Cool
  • Fold in sour cream and spread on first layer (gelatin layer)
  • Third layer
  • Top with 1/2 inch of grated Cheddar cheese.
