Maple Apples Dated 1922

- 6 tart apples shopping list
- 1 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
How to make it
- Wash pare and core apples but leave whole.
- Combine water and syrup then bring to a boil.
- Add apples and simmer until tender turning frequently to insure even cooking.
- When apples are done remove from pan and continue to cook syrup until thickened.
- Pour syrup over apples then serve warm or cold with cream.
