ORANGE BANANA POPS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Turner Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997.

Ingredients
  • 3 medium bananas mashed
  • 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and beat well at low speed of an electric mixer.
  2. Pour evenly into 6 paper cups then partially freeze.
  3. Insert a wooden stick into center of each cup and freeze until firm.
  4. When ready to serve let pops stand at room temperature for 5 minutes then peel away cups.
