ORANGE WHIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Boswell Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 small box orange gelatin
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges drained
  • 9 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 2 cups boiling water

Directions
  1. Mix pudding and gelatin in a bowl then add water and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate 15 minutes then add oranges and pineapple then refrigerate another 15 minutes.
  3. Fold in topping.
