Peach Marmalade Empanadas

- 4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons shortening shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 8 ounces cola shopping list
- peach marmalade shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour and salt then cut in shortening.
- Slowly add cola until dough forms a ball then roll out dough and cut into 3" circles.
- Place teaspoonful jam on circle then fold in half and seal edges.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then roll in granulated sugar right after you take out of the oven.
