Cranberry glazed carrots

- 1 pound baby carrots shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided shopping list
- I can jellied cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup orange juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped, garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Place carrots and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large saucepan
- Cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cook 10minutes or until carrots are fork tender.
- Drain.
- Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, mustard and remainiing salt in a small mixing b owl.
- Add orange juice.
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add carrots and orange juice mixture.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until carrots are coated, stirring frequently.
- Cook until heated through.
- Garnish with pecans.
