Spicy Oysters Sausage and Long Beans in Black Bean Sauce

- SPICY oysters AND sausage IN black bean sauce shopping list
- 1 Qt. Pacific oysters, thoroughly drained shopping list
- 5 spicy sausages (Andouille or spicy Italian) cut in 1’ pieces shopping list
- 1 large onion chopped shopping list
- 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 lb. Chinese long beans, rinsed and cut in 1" lengths shopping list
- 2 tomatoes sliced, and then the slices halved. Remove seeds by rinsing in water. shopping list
- 2 T. walnut or peanut oil shopping list
- 3 T. black bean and garlic sauce shopping list
- 4 oz. chicken broth shopping list
- 1 t. red pepper flakes shopping list
- 2 T. cream sherry mixed with 1 T. corn starch shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a wok for a minute for a minute on high. Add pepper flakes, onion and sausage. Reduce heat to medium. Stir fry until onions are softening. Add peppers and long beans and stir fry 1 minute additional. Add oysters and tomatoes and stir fry 1 minute. Add black bean and garlic sauce and chicken broth. Cook 1 minute. Add sherry and corn starch, and cook until sauce reaches desired thickness. Serve with rice.
