Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup broth any kind (home made is the best)
  • 1 onion yellow
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • red or yellow curry sauce or dry curry to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 pepper fresh or dry ( the kind to your heat level)
  • 1 tbs Chunky peanut butter
  • 5 Tsp yogurt or sour cream

Directions
  1. In a saute pan add chopped onions and dry spices and pepper, cook until onion soft.
  2. than add garlic cook over low heat for a min or so.
  3. Add broth and soy and vinegar cook for 2 mins
  4. turn off heat
  5. combine yogurt and peanut butter and add to warm sauce.
  6. This sauce can be put over veg. and rice or noodles great easy sauce
  7. Kids will eat anything with this sauce on it I have found..
