Gingerbread Cupcakes

- 1 1/3 cups flour shopping list
- 1teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsulfured molasses shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 cup boiling water shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Per heat over 350, line muffin pan with liner cups
- in small bowl whisk together the flour ginger cinnamon cloves and salt set aside
- in a medium bowl beat butter until light and fluffy on high speed.
- beat in sugar until mixture is very light and fluffy,
- then beat in the molasses.
- Lower speed to medium
- stir baking soda into boiling water, then pour into the butter mixture
- lower speed to low. sift in the flour mixture until blended add the eggs and beat in
- pour batter into muffin tin
- bake for about 20 mins
