Limeade Recipe
This is amazing and so refreshing especially on a hot day. I use this juice to make margaritas. Huge, huge hit. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh lime juice
  • 6 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 4-1/2 cups cold water
  • 18 fresh mint sprigs
  • Ice cubes

Directions
  1. In a large pitcher combine lime juice and sugar stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Stir in the water.
  3. In a mortar using a pestle crush the mint sprigs then stir into the limeade.
  4. Taste and add the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar if desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
  6. Serve over ice.
