How to make it

  • Peel and remove pits from avocados.
  • Cut avocados into chunks.
  • Place avocado chunks, chopped/grated onion, and lemon juice into blender container and cover with lid.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Add sour cream, blue cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend until well combined.
  • Chill in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  • Serve with assorted fresh vegetables and crackers for dipping.
  • Makes 2 cups.
