How to make it
- Peel and remove pits from avocados.
- Cut avocados into chunks.
- Place avocado chunks, chopped/grated onion, and lemon juice into blender container and cover with lid.
- Puree until smooth.
- Add sour cream, blue cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until well combined.
- Chill in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with assorted fresh vegetables and crackers for dipping.
- Makes 2 cups.
