To die for! EVEN if you're not a Cranberry Sauce fan. This may change your mind :)

Ingredients
- 1 12 ounce (340g) bag, or 3 cups of cranberries
- juice and zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 C (100g) sugar
- 1/4 C (110g) real maple syrup
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring just to a boil, lower heat and cook on a very low simmer for 15 minutes. Cranberries should pop. Transfer to a bowl to cool completely, then refrigerate.
