How to make it

  • Preheat over to gas mark 4
  • Melt butter
  • Finely chop onions and mushrooms
  • Fry in butter
  • Add flour to absorb excess fat
  • Add tomatoes, Marmite, nuts, breadcrumbs, herbs and seasoning
  • Mix well
  • Add Eggs
  • Place into a lined loaf tin then cover with tinfoil
  • Bake at regulo 4 for 90 minutes
  • Turn out onto a plate and place a sprig of holly on top
  • Enjoy
