Nut Roast

- 1oz. butter shopping list
- 1 Large onion shopping list
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms shopping list
- rosemary shopping list
- mixed herbs shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Brown flour shopping list
- 1/2 Can chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1 Tsp Marmite shopping list
- 12 Oz. cashew nuts shopping list
- 6Oz. breadcrumbs shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to gas mark 4
- Melt butter
- Finely chop onions and mushrooms
- Fry in butter
- Add flour to absorb excess fat
- Add tomatoes, Marmite, nuts, breadcrumbs, herbs and seasoning
- Mix well
- Add Eggs
- Place into a lined loaf tin then cover with tinfoil
- Bake at regulo 4 for 90 minutes
- Turn out onto a plate and place a sprig of holly on top
- Enjoy
