Caramel Waldorf Salad

Traditional Waldorf salad with a twist--caramel syrup and sweetened condensed milk make this fruit salad a sweet treat
Ingredients
- 4 cups red apples, cored and diced shopping list
- 1 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1 cup seedless grapes shopping list
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese shopping list
- 2 jars caramel ice cream topping shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Combine apples, grapes and walnuts in a large clear glass bowl.
- In another bowl combine cream cheese, 1 jar caramel ice cream topping, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream.
- Fold into apple mixture.
- Pour second jar caramel ice cream topping over top of salad. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
