How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until mixed thoroughly.
  • Allow to stand at room temperature for one hour.
  • Mix and serve. Refridgerate leftovers.
  • Note: can blanch tomatoes if you want. To blanch: bring small saucepan of water to boil. Drop tomato in for 30 sceonds then rinse with cold water
  • 70 calories per serving. 1/2 fruit 1 1/2 vegatable
