citrus salsa

- 4 roma tomatoes shopping list
- 2 large oranges; peeled, seeded, and chopped shopping list
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced shopping list
- 2 TBS fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh orang juice shopping list
- 3 packets of Splenda shopping list
- 1 TBS chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 large sweet onion' peeled and chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until mixed thoroughly.
- Allow to stand at room temperature for one hour.
- Mix and serve. Refridgerate leftovers.
- Note: can blanch tomatoes if you want. To blanch: bring small saucepan of water to boil. Drop tomato in for 30 sceonds then rinse with cold water
- 70 calories per serving. 1/2 fruit 1 1/2 vegatable
