Cranberry Nut Goat Cheese

Rolling goat cheese in dried cranberries and pecans makes a festive hors d’oeuvre. Serve with crackers and a glass of port. Make ahead tip:: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Easy, quick, tasty and pretty
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 shopping list
- tablespoons finely chopped pecans shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 4-ounce log soft goat cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a work surface.
- Combine cranberries, pecans and salt in a small bowl.
- Dump the mix onto the plastic wrap and form it into a small rectangle on the plastic wrap.
- Roll goat cheese in the cranberry mixture to completely coat.
