To make the curry rice alittle spicy you can add some chili sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast (cut into bite sizes)
  • 1 1/2 cup rice (cook couple of hours prior to cooking)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 onion (chopped finely)
  • 2 cloves gralic (chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 stalk green onion (sliced)
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Heat wok and put oil.
  2. Add onions and garlic.
  3. Once garlic is lightly brown and onion is transparent, add the chicken.
  4. When chicken is cooked set aside in the wok and cook the egg on the side. Once the egg is cooked mix everything all together.
  5. Then add the rice. Toss.
  6. Little by little add the curry powder. Mix until rice is coated well with curry.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the green onions. Serve. (^_^)
