Sweet And Sour Pork

- 2 pork chop (or equivalent amount) shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons Canola or corn oil (enough to fill bottom of wok or pan) shopping list
- 1-2 eggs Beaten shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 carrot (sliced) shopping list
- -asparagus (and or other vegetables-Red pepper, green pepper, celery) shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1 Cup pineapple (in bite size pieces) shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar (you can substitute white vinegar) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons tamari Sauce (or Soy) shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons tomato paste shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoons freshly chopped ginger (or too taste) shopping list
- Thickener (2 Tablespoons flour mixed with 1 Tablespoon water) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut pork into bite size pieces (Add salt onto pork)
- Heat oil
- Put pork into beaten egg mixture
- Roll pieces of pork in flour, shake off excess and to heated oil
- Let pieces cook until golden brown, being sure to turn over with chopsticks or tongs
- When Pork is done remove and place on plate with paper towel
- Remove dirty oil and add 1 Tablespoon of oil to pan (sesame oil is best)
- Slice Vegetables to bite size pieces and add to heated pan (add stiffer vegetables first like carrots and onion, first)
- Make sauce by mixing Vinegar, soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar, orange juice, Thickener and ginger
- When Vegetables are just tender add Sauce mixture until it thickens slightly and return pork to pan and stir
- Ready to Serve
