How to make it
- Trim tops off heads of garlic and place each one on a square of foil.
- Drizzle with oil and wrap in foil then bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
- Boil potatoes until tender then drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Add butter, salt, pepper and enough milk to get the consistency you like.
- Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
- Squeeze cloves of garlic from peels and beat into potatoes.
