Corn Casserole

- 1 can whole kernel corn-drain half of the liquid shopping list
- 1 can of creamstyle corn shopping list
- 1 box of jiffy or lily white cornbread mix shopping list
- 1 8oz sour cream shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- in a bowl add all indgredients and mix well.
- spray 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish
- pour mixture in dish and bake for 40 minutes or until sides are a little brown and center is a little solid.
- Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
- this is an easy recipe to double. just remember to drain only 1 of the cans of the whole kernel corn when you double and bake in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish
