How to make it

  • Following is an excerpt from the book that accompanied the baked potato recipe:
  • There are a few things as comforting, soothing, and pleasant as a good baked potato. This small variation retains all those qualities, and whatever pretensions the added ingredients give are passed on to you in the form of highly pleasant dreams.
  • Directions:
  • Wrap a tea towel and press gently to soften 1 large baked potato.
  • Cut a small hole in the side and scoop out the inside.
  • Mix the potato with 1/2 cup sauteed diced mushrooms, 1 egg yolk, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese until it is very fluffy and lumpless.
  • Scoop it back into the potato shell, reheat in a hot oven for about 10 minutes, and serve with a little paprika on top.

    I USE TO GO TO THE GOLDEN CORAL(BUFFET RESTAURANT)JUST FOR THE BAKED POTATOES BECAUSE YOU COULD ADD CHILI , MUSHROOMSM,GRAVY,ECT.
