Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

10 large russet potatoes peeled and sliced thin

1 large onion chopped

3 C. shredded cheddar cheese

2-10oz. cans cream of chicken soup (or celery)

Directions

Place 1/3 sliced potatoes on bottom of crock pot, sprinkle with 1/3 onions and cheese. Continue layers. Pour soup over top and cook on low about 10 hours.
