SMOKED OYSTER AND CREAM CHEESE ROLL This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Douglas Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 1 can smoked oysters
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion grated

Directions
  1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, garlic and onion together.
  2. Spread mixture on wax paper.
  3. Chop oysters and put on cheese mixture then roll like a jellyroll.
  4. Freeze to harden then put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
