Smoked Oyster and Cream Cheese Roll

SMOKED OYSTER AND CREAM CHEESE ROLL This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Douglas Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 1 can smoked oysters shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion grated shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, garlic and onion together.
- Spread mixture on wax paper.
- Chop oysters and put on cheese mixture then roll like a jellyroll.
- Freeze to harden then put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
