How to make it

  • Fry the chicken over a medium heat, after the chicken is white on the outside add the honey and mustard
  • Toast the pine nuts under the grill
  • Wash the lettuce and chickory, and put in a salad bowl
  • Slice the avocado and add to the salad bowl together with all over the other ingredients
  • Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  • Season to taste
