How to make it

  • Heat a large non-stick skillet on medium, spray with olive oil spray.
  • Cut turkey into 2 inch cubes, add turkey to pan and brown for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Flip turkey cubes, and add the minced garlic, halved mushrooms, sliced zucchini, tomatoes, salt and spices.
  • Saute for 5 minutes, stirring once or twice so the meat is browned on top and the veggies begin to sizzle.
  • Cover with a lid, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
