How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a large saute an and when very hot, saute garlic for 5 seconds.
  • Add spinach and stir for 1 minute over medium-high heat, until it is wilted and just barely cooked.
  • Swirl with butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and drain off the excess liquid.
