Tortellini Salad

this is a great spring or summer recipe to have with a cookout, or great to take along if you are going to a pot luck
Ingredients
- 16 oz cheese tortellini cooked rinsed and drained shopping list
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage shopping list
- 1-12 oz bag fresh baby spinach, cleaned and drained, stems removed shopping list
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes halved shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions sliced shopping list
- 2 cups ranch dressing shopping list
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- cook and drain tortellini according to package directions
- layer all ingredients except ranch dressing in a large clear bowl.
- add dressing just before serving
- cover and refrig. left overs after serving
