Ingredients
  • 1 lb. good quality chocolate.
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1 cup craisins

Directions
  1. Line a rectangular pyrex dish with foil.
  2. Melt chocolate over a double boiler stiring frequently
  3. Add pistachios and craisins to melted chocolate and pour into lined rectangular pyrex dish spreading out into a thin layer.
  4. Place in fridge for at least 1.5 hours to set (overnight is preferable).
  5. remove foil and break into wedges and enjoy!
  6. I've made this recipe with White Chocolate Chips, Pistachios and Craisins or with Extra Dark Chocolate Chips, Whole Almonds and Craisins.
  7. You could even add Peppermint Flavouring, Orange Flavouring or whatever flavouring to the the Chocolate and hange the dried fruit to your choice.
  8. i.e. Orange Flavouring with Orange flavoured craisins.
  9. Have fun!
