How to make it

  • Line a rectangular pyrex dish with foil.
  • Melt chocolate over a double boiler stiring frequently
  • Add pistachios and craisins to melted chocolate and pour into lined rectangular pyrex dish spreading out into a thin layer.
  • Place in fridge for at least 1.5 hours to set (overnight is preferable).
  • remove foil and break into wedges and enjoy!
  • I've made this recipe with White Chocolate Chips, Pistachios and Craisins or with Extra Dark Chocolate Chips, Whole Almonds and Craisins.
  • You could even add Peppermint Flavouring, Orange Flavouring or whatever flavouring to the the Chocolate and hange the dried fruit to your choice.
  • i.e. Orange Flavouring with Orange flavoured craisins.
  • Have fun!
