How to make it
                    - Line a rectangular pyrex dish with foil.
 - Melt chocolate over a double boiler stiring frequently
 - Add pistachios and craisins to melted chocolate and pour into lined rectangular pyrex dish spreading out into a thin layer.
 - Place in fridge for at least 1.5 hours to set (overnight is preferable).
 - remove foil and break into wedges and enjoy!
 - I've made this recipe with White Chocolate Chips, Pistachios and Craisins or with Extra Dark Chocolate Chips, Whole Almonds and Craisins.
 - You could even add Peppermint Flavouring, Orange Flavouring or whatever flavouring to the the Chocolate and hange the dried fruit to your choice.
 - i.e. Orange Flavouring with Orange flavoured craisins.
