Greek Salad

- 6 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed shopping list
- salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3 large plum tomatoes, seeded, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cucumber, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, peeled, chopped shopping list
- 1 (4 ounce) jar capers, drained shopping list
- 1 bell pepper, seeded, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives (preferably brine-cured), coarsely chopped shopping list
- 3/5 cup crumbled feta cheese shopping list

- You May Toss This With A Little Romaine If You Need lettuce, But It's Good By Itself! shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, oregano and dill weed together until blended. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. (Can be prepared 3 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature. Rewhisk before using.)
- Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, olives, capers in a bowl. Toss with dressing. Sprinkle cheese over and serve.
- May Toss This With A Little Romaine If You Need Lettuce, But It's Good By Itself!
