Rhode Island Linguine With Clam Sauce

- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 white onion chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves chopped shopping list
- 2 cans minced clams shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon basil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- Hot cooked linguine shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Drain in liquid from clams to onion and garlic mix reserving clams.
- Add parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper then simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in clams then add cooked linguine and stir well and serve.
