This pie is the easiest pie to make. My family loves it.

Ingredients
  • 2 Graham cracker pie shells
  • 1 - 8oz Cream chees softened
  • 1 - 14oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 - 16oz Bowl coolwhip
  • 1 Cup Pecans
  • 1 Jar Caramel topping

Directions
  1. 1. toast pecans- chop set aside
  2. 2. in large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth, add milk, blend well
  3. 3. fold in coolwhip
  4. 4. fold in pecans
  5. 5. fold in 1/2 jar of caramel topping
  6. 6. pour into crust leveling it off just below the top edge of crust
  7. 7. drizzle caramel over pie
  8. 8. freeze for several hours until set
  9. 9. store in freezer
