How to make it

  • 1. toast pecans- chop set aside
  • 2. in large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth, add milk, blend well
  • 3. fold in coolwhip
  • 4. fold in pecans
  • 5. fold in 1/2 jar of caramel topping
  • 6. pour into crust leveling it off just below the top edge of crust
  • 7. drizzle caramel over pie
  • 8. freeze for several hours until set
  • 9. store in freezer
