Caramel Pie

- 2 graham cracker pie shells shopping list
- 1 - 8oz Cream chees softened shopping list
- 1 - 14oz sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 - 16oz Bowl coolwhip shopping list
- 1 Cup pecans shopping list
- 1 Jar caramel topping shopping list
How to make it
- 1. toast pecans- chop set aside
- 2. in large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth, add milk, blend well
- 3. fold in coolwhip
- 4. fold in pecans
- 5. fold in 1/2 jar of caramel topping
- 6. pour into crust leveling it off just below the top edge of crust
- 7. drizzle caramel over pie
- 8. freeze for several hours until set
- 9. store in freezer
