How to make it

  • Beat eggs until light and fluffy; gradually add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Sift together next 5 ingredients and add to mixture. Stir in apples. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45 min; cool for 15 minutes.
  • Combine frosting ingredients until smooth and spread over cake.
