Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat in a large stainless steel pot the cider, pineapple juice, orange juice mixture and seasonings. Allow to simmer at near the boiling point for 3 hours.
  • When ready to serve, transfer to a large crockpot and set on HI.
  • Provide cups, a jigger, and the Apple Jack to be added according to preference. About 1/2 to 1 oz per cup provides a nice flavor. Do not add the apple brandy directly to the simmering wassail in the crockpot as the alcohol will evaporate prior to consumption.

Hope you like it Keni. Let me know how the nutmeg works. I'm sure it will be great. Your alterations are always appreciated.

    Wellll..... ok ;-)

I think if I were to add any other spices, I'd have to go with a few allspice.

Apple Jack is great this time of year in coffee as well. ...or straight up...
