How to make it

  • in a large glass bowl, whip the egg whites with electric beaters till they're foamy.
  • Gradually add in the sugar, keep beating...till its stiff...
  • add cocoa, beat, (it'll look a bit thicker now) chocolate, beat and vinegar. beat.
  • Preheat oven to slow (150C)
  • Line a baking tray and pour on the mixture, shaping it into a ..round cake shapelike...see the picture.
  • Bake for one hour. and allow to cool. (dont worry if it has cracks, these can be patched up with cream)
  • Whip the cream and icing sugar together till thick and spreadable...WHIPPED you know?
  • Spread over the pav (be careful, its fragile).
  • Top with the berries.
  • no, really, its preeeeeetty good. really.
