Pea Soup from left over Pea Pudding

- pea Pudding shopping list
- 1/4 cup of half and half shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Take the left over Pea Pudding and put into a sauce pan and cover with water. Heat gently until the mash has disappeared. If too thick add more water. You want the consistency of a thick soup.
- When hot add about a 1/4 of half and half (half cream and milk)
- Add nutmeg, and black pepper to taste.
- Heat and serve.
- I was sure how it would turn out but it made the best pea soup I have tasted. Even out did the H brand of Pea soup.
