How to make it

  • Mix syrup, cream and sugar and put to boil.
  • Turn down the temperature to simmer.
  • Mix around with flat end spatula.
  • Finely grate the yellow part of the peel of the lemon.
  • Prepare some baking paper into a 15 by 15 cm tray.
  • Drop some of the solution into a glass of water.
  • If one just about can roll into a small ball it is ready.
  • If so put in the lemon peel.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into the paper tray.
  • Let cool down.
  • Cut into smaller pieces ca 2 by 2 cm.
  • Wrap in baking paper.
  • Option:
  • Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into sugar mix BEFORE heating it up.
