Friendlys Peanut Sauce Recipe

	Tashmoore / All my dishes 10 months, 2 weeks ago I found this while looking around online. It is suppost to taste just like they serve at Friendly's. Try it over mint chocolate chip ice cream for something really unique. I guessed on prep and cook times. Prep:1m Cook:5m Servings:1	Tashmoore

Ingredients

2 parts sugar

1 part water

1 part peanut butter

Directions

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute or until sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.

Place sauce in blender and blend on high until smooth.

Allow to cool. If there are leftovers, be sure to refrigerate.

I tried the recipe with the water base and it was awful...it did not come out like Friendly's at all...but I found one and did my own lab test and it is so close that you will be more then HAPPY!
