Crock Pot Apricot Chicken This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brooks Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1988.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/3 cup bottled Russian dressing
  • 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
  • 6 frozen chicken breasts

Directions
  1. Mix preserves, dressing and soup mix then place chicken in crock pot and cover with mixture.
  2. Cook on low setting for 6 hours.
