Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy then stir in vanilla.
  • Sift flour, salt and cocoa then stir into creamed mixture then stir in nuts until well combined.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours then preheat oven to 350.
  • Roll chilled dough into 1” balls then place on cookie sheet 2” apart.
  • Bake 20 minutes then roll in powdered sugar when cooled.

    Yum. This reminds me of russian tea cakes, but with cocoa instead. I love chocolate....I will try this!
