How to make it

  • Blend the asparagus, with liquid, in a blender or the food processor until completely creamy.
  • Heat the asparagus and chicken broth together in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir in milk, and simmer.
  • Stir in the butter for extra texture.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
