A nice amped up version of crab salad.... I like the contrast of the spicy and coolness of the salad as well as the sweet dried cranberries with the crunch of pecans and celery.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Imitation crab meat
  • 1/2-1 cup celery
  • 1/2-1 avacado
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 3-4 tablespoons of mayo
  • 1 teaspoon of dill
  • dash of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • club crackers

Directions
  1. Chop crab meat into bite size peices
  2. Fine chop celery
  3. dice avacado
  4. Mix all 12 ingredients together
  5. This can be served cool or warm (pop it in the microwave)
  6. with club crackers. Great for brunch,lunch, dinner or a snack!
  7. Adjust the ingredients to your liking :) enjoy.......
