Ingredients
  • olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 fat
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp dried dillweed
  • 1 package frozen mixed seafood, 250 g
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions
  1. in a large skillet,
  2. saute garlic, celery, and onion in oil over medium heat, 3 to 4 min
  3. add soup, milk, and dill, bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring often
  4. reduce heat to medium and cook stirring occasionally 3 to 4 mins
  5. add seafood and stir often until cooked, about 7 mins
  6. stir in green onions and parsley
  7. taste and add more seasoning if needed.
  8. i also added a can of corn near the end
